Papanee sells premium unframed fine art prints through papanee.com.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.
We also reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
Descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
5. Product Descriptions and Color Accuracy
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Because screen settings and devices vary, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will be exactly the same as the colors of the product you receive.
Minor differences in color appearance may occur and do not automatically qualify as a defect.
6. Orders, Pricing, and Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
All prints are made to order and shipped rolled in protective packaging.
Papanee currently sells to customers in the USA only.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier conditions, and time of year. Any delivery estimates shown on the site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs authorities, labor disruptions, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
8. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue where relevant.
We may request additional information in order to review and resolve the claim.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be refused if reported unreasonably late or where supporting information is not provided.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, you may also need to contact the carrier directly as part of the resolution process.
9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Because our prints are made to order, we do not generally accept returns or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases once production has started.
If there is a problem with your order, including damage, defect, or an incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the issue.
Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our applicable store policies and the circumstances of the order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Print Care
To help preserve your print, we recommend handling it with clean, dry hands and storing or framing it away from direct sunlight, excess humidity, and heat sources.
We recommend appropriate framing for long-term display and protection.
11. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services
We may provide you with access to third-party tools or services over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools or services.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider.
