1. Shipping Region

Papanee currently ships within the USA only.

2. Made-to-Order Production

All Papanee prints are made to order. This means each print is produced after your order is placed rather than held as pre-made inventory.

Because of this, production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, print size, and fulfillment conditions.

3. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders typically require a production period before shipment. After dispatch, delivery timing will vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, and time of year.

Any shipping or delivery estimates shown on the site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, labor disruptions, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Packaging

All prints are sold unframed and shipped rolled in protective packaging.

Our aim is to package each order securely so it arrives in good condition.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment.

6. Shipping Costs

We offer free sidewide shipping on all products.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Papanee is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and print where relevant.

If a shipment appears to be lost, delayed unusually, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to help you review the next steps. In some cases, you may also need to contact the carrier directly.

9. Returns and Shipping-Related Issues

Because Papanee prints are made to order, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns once production has started.

If there is a problem with your order, such as damage, defect, or an incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the issue.
